WeRice systems are built for high-speed, semi-industrial cooling of sushi rice and finished sushi — ensuring optimal taste, texture, and food safety.
Stage 1 Cooling: Down to +20°C (68°F) in just 5–10 minutes
Stage 2 (Deep Cooling): Down to +5°C (41°F) in 10–20 minutes, depending on load and start temp
Our glycol-cooled “cold trap” enables fast, energy-efficient cooling with minimal maintenance. With wireless temperature control, no sensors are needed to hit your target temperatures.
Powered by an external Aermec chiller, the setup is flexible — with no performance loss even at longer distances.

Designed for gastronorm trolleys (590–655 x 670–740 mm, 1,700 mm high)
Standard models for 1 or 2 trolleys (150 or 300 kg)
Available as integrated units or compact versions with tech placed in a low-care zone
